The Committee on Government Organization moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. Senate Bill 554-A Bill to amend and reenact §29-18-4a of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to the salary of the Director of the State Rail Authority; and providing that the Secretary of Transportation set the salary with the consent of the authority.
